As a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida, my coursework in art history and archaeology lead me to an interest in photography for its intrinsic documentary value. Studying in China presented me a unique opportunity to see the world through artist's eyes and capture the experience.
I have grown up around photography, thanks in large part to my mother, who always seemed to have a camera in her ?hand. Listening to her explain and reminisce about her numerous photographs instilled in me the importance of remembering the past, and the joy of sharing these images in time with others.
